Sunday Morning Pilates & Stretch Class

General Information for Pilates at An Crubh
Please bring a yoga/Pilates/exercise mat with you and a small cushion that you are happy to put
on your mat.  If you don’t have a mat let me know – I have a few spare, but I like to keep a couple
of these back in case we get some surprise ‘drop ins’.
You will be working in bare feet.  If you don’t want to work in bare feet you need to wear some
’sticky’ socks or ‘sticky’ toe socks.  These are socks with a rubber type material on the bottom to
prevent slipping.  Google them if they are new to you.
Wear lose clothing/clothing that is easy to move and stretch in – layers are good – and bring some
drinking water in a closed bottle.
Don’t worry if you haven’t done Pilates before and/or exercised for a while – I always provide
options so that everybody can work at a level that suits them.
