Wellbeing, self-care and gentle movement using Capacitar practices led by local practitioner Sheila Mae Hamilton.

Capacitar comes from a Spanish word meaning ‘’empowerment’’ and ‘’encouragement’’ and involves a range of practices. Find out more here. 

New members very welcome, please come along and try it out. Usually the group stay for a coffee and cake in the cafe after the session.
