DESCRIPTION:General Information for Pilates at An Crubh\nPlease bring a yoga/Pilates/exercise mat with you and a small cushion that you are happy to put\non your mat.  If you don’t have a mat let me know – I have a few spare\, but I like to keep a couple\nof these back in case we get some surprise ‘drop ins’.\nYou will be working in bare feet.  If you don’t want to work in bare feet you need to wear some\n’sticky’ socks or ‘sticky’ toe socks.  These are socks with a rubber type material on the bottom to\nprevent slipping.  Google them if they are new to you.\nWear lose clothing/clothing that is easy to move and stretch in – layers are good – and bring some\ndrinking water in a closed bottle.\nDon’t worry if you haven’t done Pilates before and/or exercised for a while – I always provide\noptions so that everybody can work at a level that suits them.\nIf anybody has any questions or would just like some further explanation\, please feel free to email me at caroline.fowler@yahoo.co.uk
