About the event
Yoga can often be portrayed as difficult inversions fit only for those in their 20’s, however, the philosophy, breathing techniques and gentle movement can be very restorative at any age.
This class is led by Kirsty McNamara from McNamaste and will provide a calm and gentle space to practise gentle yoga. Alongside the yoga there will also be time to chat and enjoy a hot drink, The Selkie Collective feels very passionately about making time to connect with each other, and meet other women living in the community.
All equipment and hot drinks are provided.
